Can you clarify on where this icon will be displayed?
For Programs and Features view, the setting you want is called Display Icon under the Add or Remove Programs section of the General Information view.
For shortcuts, you can change the icon in the Icon setting in the Shortcut view after selecting your new shortcut.
If you are referring to the Setup.exe file icon, then that is not supported in the limited edition.
