In 2019 we ordered 2 ‘Installshield 2018 Lite Perpetual License’. I can provide invoices and serial numbers.

At that time, we used those to develop an application which is currently a legacy application in maintenance.

Unfortunately, we now see a network issue with this old application and need to build a new version with a minor change so we can keep using it until our new application that will replace this legacy product can be launched.

But our developer is not able anymore to activate one of our ordered licenses, so we cannot make a new installer.

Can this problem be fixed so our, in 2019 paid, licenses can be used again?

Off course this old license is not anymore on your website, but if re-activation does not work, can we re-order a new one?

Or do you have another solution for us that does not require a full redesign of this old legacy application?
