Installshield has 35 Built-in languages - unfortunately Hindi is not amongst them.
Installshield Premier does include functionality to add unsupported languages using the "New Language Wizard"
Details on how to use this to add a new language to your project can be found here:

Be aware that Installshield will not automatically translate and provide the new language strings for you. English values are used as place holders in the strings - these will need to be manually replaced with the appropriate translated strings.

As per your suggestion, i opened the "Tools" -> "New Language Wizard" but there again i see list of languages to choose from and "Hindi" isn't part of the list. I am still confused that how do i add a new unsupported language via this wizard. Could you please elaborate?
