How to do you request a producer account?
The individual that I work with is going to be retiring shortly and I am trying to gain Producer access to pick up where he is leaving off.

If the individual is a system administrator then he can add you as a Producer user.
Thank you for your response. The person I am replacing does not recall how to complete that process. Is there a procedure of step by step that exisits for that?
Have them log in to the Producer Portal. Under Accounts & Users select Create User:
Next have them enter your First/Last and Email address and select Link accounts:
Select the Producer Account tab, then Select System Administrator on the "MYORG" Producer Account followed by OK. 
This should trigger a welcome email to the specified email address.

Thank you for that response. What if I already have an account?
When my colleague sees my name on the producer logon portal. We don't see as many options under the role tab.
Revenera provides a default set of roles. You also have the ability to create your own roles with desired permissions. If you already have a Producer account then the individual who is leaving just needs to assign the appropriate role to you. If you will be managing FlexNet Operations that role is typically System Administrator.
