In the past month, suddenly it's showing the license has become corrupted, and that blocks our build process.
How can I fix this?
The first error message I saw was from our build process:
"ISEXP: fata error -7159: The product license has expired or has not yet been initialized."
When I ran InstallShield interactively, I got this error message:
"The product license has been corrupted. You must repair the license before you can continue. Click yes to repair now."
After that, I tried several paths:
1) It wanted to do Offline Activation, so I loaded an old license response file. That didn't work
2) I clicked on "obtain a new request code" and submitted my serial number and clicked [Activate].
That generated a request text. which I submitted via the offlineActivation site at flexerasoftware.
The web page gave me back a file activation.xml.
When I used that to activate, I got the error:
"Offline Activation Failed.
The offline transaction failed. Make sure that the response text is properly formatted. Click the help link below for more information.
Error 51315 - Unknown Result"
Clicking on the link opens the Installshield help, without any info about the error.

I have the exact same issue with my version of InstallShield 2015 and tried the same steps with the same error results. How can I get it activated again?
