Attempting to open Agreements and Licenses pages, the error message "An error occurred on the page!" is displayed and you are unable to use the pages.
This has been observed to occur after an update to Snow License Manager 9.16.00 when trying to view any previously added agreements and licenses. Customers and Partners are unable to add, edit, or delete existing agreement or license. This happens on both Service Provider Edition (SPE) or non-SPE environments.
Alternatively the message may show the actual error from the SLM Web log which is:
"Server Error in '/' Application. Method not found: Void SnowSoftware.LicenseManager.Web.Data.FileManager..ctor(SnowSoftware.LicenseManager.Web.Security.UserData,SnowSoftware.LicenseManager.Web.Data.FileTypes,Int32,Boolean)".

Resolution
This was raised as a product problem for further investigation with reference PRB 04517005. It was addressed within Snow Update Service (SUS) release 3.4.14.
