Configure a discovery hint in Flexera One

Title

The discovery hint in Flexera One is a configuration parameter used during Identity Provider (IDP) setup. This enables users to initiate single sign-on (SSO) logins directly from the Flexera One login page. It is recommended to configure a discovery hint whenever an Identity Provider is set up in Flexera One.

Instructions

Navigate to Identity Management

In Flexera One, go to Administration → Identity Management → Identity Providers.

Set the discovery hint

Add a discovery hint for each environment that will support SSO login.

Outcome

After configuring discovery hints, users can initiate SSO login attempts from the Flexera One login page by selecting Sign in with SSO.
