Revenera plans to transition its Analytics platform in FlexNet Operations ALM to a new analytics provider. This transition will enable our Analytics platform with advanced capabilities essential to support upcoming analytics innovations.
These FAQs are designed to help users prepare for the upcoming change and answer common questions.
1. Do I need to take any action?
While user access to Analytics and existing reports will remain available throughout the transition, we strongly advise testing reports when the new Analytics platform is available in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment and again when it is live in Production.
2. What is the transition timeline?
NOTE: Dates are targets and may change based on testing.
- 2026-Jan-19: New Analytics Platform in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- 2026-Mar-23: New Analytics Platform in Production
- 2026-Mar-30: Former Analytics Platform Deprecated
3. Will I still be able to access the former Analytics platform post-March 2026?
Users will no longer have access to the former Analytics platform after it's been deprecated. Only the new Analytics platform will be available.
Recommendation: We strongly advise reviewing and testing the new Analytics platform in Production before the former platform is deprecated.
4. Will the existing reports be affected?
You may notice minor updates in reports as we consolidate and enhance the overall user and customer experience.
5. Will existing reports still be available after the transition?
Yes. All existing reports will be available on the new Analytics platform.
6. What will happen to my custom reports?
All custom reports will be migrated to the new platform, and you will continue receiving your scheduled reports without interruption.
7. Will my conditional notification workflows still work?
Yes. Conditional notification and already set workflows will continue to function on the new platform, though there may be slight differences in configuration and display.
Support: Documentation will be provided, and a demos can be arranged upon request.
8. Will my report subscriptions be retained?
Yes. Your existing report subscriptions will remain active. You may notice minor changes in how subscription settings or delivery options appear. These will be documented, and demos can will be available upon request.
9. Will I still be able to download reports?
Yes. Download functionality will continue to be available. Some aspects of the download process or formats may differ from the current experience. Any differences will be documented.
