When uninstalling the User Console, the process may fail with the following error:

Ux Service process exists. You must kill this process manually. This error occurs because the UserConsoleService (Ux Service) is still active and prevents the uninstallation from completing. To resolve this, you need to stop and delete the running service manually.
Follow these steps to resolve the error:
- Open Command Prompt as an Administrator.
- Right-click Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
- Check the status of the User Console service.
- Run the following command to verify if the service is running:
sc query "UserConsoleService"
- Stop and remove the service.
- If the service is running or exists, remove it by running:
sc delete "UserConsoleService"
- Retry the User Console uninstallation.
- With the service removed, rerun the uninstall process. It should now complete successfully.
After performing these steps, the User Console service (Ux Service) will no longer block the uninstallation process. The User Console will be fully removed from the system, ensuring no residual services interfere with future installations or system operations.
