As part of Troubleshooting Snow Inventory Oracle Scanner we are able to put debugging mode to the logging level that will give more information. This helps to troubleshoot why oracle scanning may be failing or not rendering the expected results.
Snow Inventory Oracle Scanner
Open the snowagent.config file and ensure to put debug="true" as shown below

Save the snowagent.config and restart the Snow Inventory Agent service
