If organization restrictions are in place on admin account and the users are not in the correct organization this can cause the data to not be displayed within the Snow License Manager (SLM) console. To resolve this using the Auto connect rules please follow the steps below.
NOTE: These steps will need to be performed for each organization separately.
1. Open the Snow Management and Configuration Centre (SMACC).
2. Navigate to Organization.
3. Select an organization node.
NOTE: The steps from here will need to be repeated for each node to achieve full user linkage.
4. Select Auto Connect Rules.
5. Select New.
6. Add a rule name, and set the rule type to “user”.
7.Select the + icon
8. Set the identifier as According To the Used Computer and select OK.
9. Select OK and OK again.
10. Review the Synchronize organization message and if this is correct select YES.
11. Log back into the Snow License Manager (SLM) console and confirm the user is now displayed under the matching organization.
