Yes, there is a way that you can export a snowagent.config (for example if requested by Snow Support). If you are requesting to generate a new Snow Agent package for you it is important that you provide to Snow Support your existing snowagent.config as the template.

You would not need to generate a snowpack in this instance but just supply the snowagent.config. Below are the steps to follow for this:

1. Open Snow Inventory Server Console.

2. Go to Configurations.

3. It will list all current configurations that your estate is using.

4. Select the row that you want to be exported.

5. Finally click Export to file.

 

6. Save the file as snowagent.config
 

7. You can open the file and verify the snowagent.config
 

8. Next, please upload the file for Snow Support to review.
