HTTP Error 500.19 when accessing ManageSoft DL in IIS

Title

When accessing the ManageSoft DL site in IIS, the following error may appear:

HTTP Error 500.19 – Internal Server Error
The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

This issue occurs when required IIS features for ASP.NET are not enabled, or when authentication configuration sections are locked.

Solution

Enable required IIS features

- .NET Extensibility 4.7
- ASP.NET 4.7
- ISAPI Extensions
- ISAPI Filters
