Is it possible to create organisational restrictions on Risk Monitor?

Our Snow License Manager has organizational restrictions for each office. We need to implement organizational restrictions in the Risk Monitor so that the IT manager of each office has access only to what pertains to their area.
Example: In this example Manager 1 would only have access to devices/applications/users from the AMER and EMEA office.

Currently Risk Monitor doesn't have organisational restrictions implemented.
