When running the ServiceNow Flexera One SaaS Management integration, you may see a 401 Unauthorized error in the Application Roster task.
This occurs when the ServiceNow access token expires before the task completes, especially in environments with large data volumes.

By default, the Access Token Lifespan in ServiceNow may be set to 14,400 seconds (4 hours).
If the dataset is large, this may not be sufficient to complete the integration task, leading the token to expire mid-run.
- Locate the Access Token Lifespan setting and increase the value from 14,400 seconds (4 hours) to 28,800 seconds (8 hours). See ServiceNow Licensing OAuth2 for instructions on updating this field.
- Save the configuration and re-run the integration task.
