In Snow License Manager (SLM) when attempting to browse to Agreements > List all agreements the page does not load, instead displayhing the error:
An error occurred on the page!

- Snow License Manager 8.3.0
Analysis
Then on the SLM server, review the newest log file in the "%ProgramFiles%\Snow Software\Snow License Manager\Web\logs\Error\" directory, and look for an error similar to the following at the time that the problem occurred:
14:05:08,415 ERROR APPLICATION Application error. [PAGE: /Pages/ContractList.aspx | EXCEPTION: Exception of type 'System.Web.HttpUnhandledException' was thrown. (Boolean HandleError(System.Exception), System.Web) | INNER EXCEPTION: Duplicate node key (Void RegisterNode(DevExpress.Web.ASPxTreeList.TreeListNode), DevExpress.Web.ASPxTreeList.v13.2)]The "Duplicate node key" message implies that it was encountering duplicate entries when trying to render the Agreements page.
Resolution
In this particular example, there were two Agreements with the same name. To verify what Agreements are available, choose Reports-->Reports, and search for the "All Agreements" report. Sort by the name to confirm whether there are two Agreements with the same name. Determine whether one can be updated, or deleted, to avoid the issue.
Also, there were two Agreement periods: one that ended on the current day, and one that started on the current day. Overlapping agreement periods, even when just one day, can cause other problems. Be sure the agreement periods do not overlap.
