The below error being flagged when customer doesn't have Web Apps configured.
"Cannot get config. 500 Internal Server Error"

Environment
Snow Inventory Agent 5.2.1
Resolution
This incident was resolved by installing the latest Snow Agent for windows at the time (5.2.7) and making sure the config was pointing to the correct endpoint.
Cause
Customer was using an old Snow Agent for Windows 5.0.2 and the endpoint and IDX was not correctly setup.
The value that was missing from agent was the following:
