In Snow License Manager you go to List All Devices under the Computers option and you see no devices but believe you do have devices/computers that have been remotely connected to one or more desktop servers.
- On the SLM Server open the Snow Management and Configuration Center
- Go to Configuration
- Basic Settings
- Check for the setting named TS_VIEWS_ACTIVE
- Enable the option if it is disabled
- This is required to get terminal services, device lists and details into the Snow License Manager Web UI
TS_VIEWS_ACTIVE setting was disabled.
