Project exclusions
Project exclusions automatically mark captured files as excluded (displayed in red) in the Repackager project. Because all original captured data remains intact, excluded files can be re-included at any time from the Repackager interface, and the Windows Installer package can then be rebuilt.

- The default configuration file for project exclusions is isrepackager.ini, located in the AdminStudio Shared folder.
- Repackager can be directed to use a custom exclusion list instead by selecting it in Project > Properties > Exclusions tab.
- Clicking Edit in this dialog opens the Exclusions Editor, which allows adding, removing, or modifying items in the exclusion list.
Repackaging exclusions
Repackaging exclusions are defined during the repackage process in the Repackaging Wizard. Files, registry entries, .ini files, or shortcuts excluded at this stage are not included in the Repackager project. If an excluded directory is later required, the setup must be repackaged.

Each project may also require manual inclusion or exclusion of specific items. This allows flexibility for different packaging needs.

- Right-click a file or folder in the Repackager interface and choose to include or exclude it.
