When a NET assembly with the NET Scan at Build setting is appropriately set to Properties Only or Dependencies and Properties, the property values get populated automatically at build time and is not available to the project

Symptoms

When a .NET assembly with the .NET Scan at Build setting is appropriately set to Properties Only or Dependencies and Properties, the property values get populated automatically at build time and is not available to the project. Instead, you would have to open the built .msi file in InstallShield to see the values.

Resolution

An enhancement request for this feature has been submitted and is pending review from our Engineering team. The issue is being tracked under issue #IOJ-1723542.
