Cannot log in to FNMS web console with error "Your account does not allow you to access FlexNet Manager Suite interactively."Symptoms
Operator cannot log in to FNMS web console. But operator's account is existing in the Accounts and the Status is Enabled.Cause
The Interactive value of the operator's record in the ComplianceOperator table is set to "0" (False).Resolution
Update the Interactive value of the operator's record to "1" (True) via Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio or other SQL clients.Was this helpful?
