Answer
There is no default "built-in" feature which supports Extended Validation Authenticode Certificates.
A possible solution however is as follows:
InstallShield Premier has support for Build Events which allow commands to be run before, during and after builds.
The Precompression Event which runs after InstallShield has built the .msi package but before the MSI has been streamed into the setup.exe file could be used to create a command to sign the MSI package using an Extended Validation Authenticode Certificates
