While evaluating FNP 11.x it has been observed that executing "lmflex" may result in the following error:

Error:- lc_flexinit failed: 2

This error can be resolved by setting the LD_LIBRARY_PATH environment variable to point to the platform directory of the FlexNet Publisher toolkit.

The command may be slightly different depending on what shell and what OS the evaluation is running on.

For example on Linux:

execute - "SET LD_LIBRARY_PATH /FNP/v11.11/x64_lsb"

SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 32-bit, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 64-bit
