Upgrading Snow platform results in the following error while validating the install:

Unable to activate client (for Risk Monitor customers). StatusCode:InternalServerError Content:System.Threading.Tasks.Task`1[System.String]

Environment

Steps to reproduce

The .dll files were corrupted and updated a long time ago.

Solution

After replacing SUS directory with working environment, the SLM and inventory upgrade was successful.

Cause

The SUS directory .dll files were not updated for a long time.
