Are there any issues with the FLEXID=9 hardware keys on Windows 10 20H2? in case you find that the ‘FlexLM’ type 9 dongles do not work anymore with Windows 10 edition (20H2) then how to fix it?.

Answer

Try to check the current driver version with haspdinst.exe -info,if the driver is very old v7.9 or olderthan v8.21 then to detect FILEXID9 may have problems on Windows 10 20H2. The recommendation is to update the drivers to the latest however stillthere is a problem then contact Revenera support.
