Generate FlexNet Code Insight Report When Nothing Happens

Synopsis

Clicking button to generate FlexNet Code Insight report produces loading screen for more than 15 minutes and then nothing happens. No download pop up or PDF report. Then the loading symbol disappears.

Discussion

We recommend that all workspaces be kept to a maximum size of 1GB. This will ensure that all reports do not have too much information to generate correctly and will increase system performance

Additional Information

There was a very large workspace on the project that was not needed. Once the unnecessary workspace was deleted the Palamida Report generated successfully.
