Please follow the below steps:
-ensure your vendor license file contains the 3 server lines required for the triad
-add each of the license servers to their independent agents, so you may have Agent 1 with LicServerA, Agent 2 with LicServerB, Agent 3 with LicServerC
-ensure this same license file is used for all license servers
-(optional) you can configure a PRIMARY is MASTER line if you wish to have a master server
Example: SERVER host hostid [port] [PRIMARY_IS_MASTER]

Only the master will create the report unless the master fails then whichever server is designated (By default the next to boot up) will create the report from when it boots up.

Additional Information

If you are using agent version 5.x, when adding the license server to the agent you can only add the license server to one agent at a time.
