How do you generate a Flexnet Operations License from the Product and License Center?
Follow these instrctions in order to generate a Flexnet Operations license from the Product and License Center:

Discussion

1. After logging in, select 'Flexnet Operations' form the Product List

2. For the New Versions click on the Licenses button

3. Check the Order number for which you would like to generate the FNO license

You will have to generate a license for the following items:
FlexNet Operations License Lifecycle Management Subscription
FlexNet Operations Subscription
4. Click the 'Generate' button

5. On the Generate Licenses page, enter the hostname of the machine where Flexnet Operations will be installed in the 'Host Name' field. Please run lmutil lmhostid -hostname to retrieve the hostname of the system where FNO will be installed

6. Click Generate button

7. Click on the Save All button to save the license to a text file
