How do you generate a Flexnet Operations License from the Product and License Center?

Follow these instructions to generate a Flexnet Operations license from the Product and License Center:

Discussion

1. After logging in, select Flexnet Operations from the Product List.
2. On the New Versions tab, click Licenses.
3. Check the Order number for which you would like to generate the FlexNet Operations license. You will have to generate a license for the following items:
   • FlexNet Operations License Lifecycle Management Subscription
   • FlexNet Operations Subscription
4. Click Generate.
5. On the Generate Licenses page, enter the hostname of the machine where Flexnet Operations will be installed in the Host Name field.
   Run lmutil lmhostid -hostname to retrieve the hostname of the system where FlexNet Operations will be installed.
6. Click Generate.
7. Click Save All to save the license to a text file.
