How do you use the TZ keyword in a FEATURE/INCREMENT line?

There are three formats for TZ keyword

1) TZ=SERVERTZ

Only clients in the same time zone with license server can check out license from server.

2) TZ=timezone

For example, TZ=+8 means only clients in time zone GMT+8 can check out license from server.

3) TZ=timezone1:timezone2

For example, TZ=-5:-2 means only clients in time zone range from GMT-5 to GMT-2 can check out license from server.
