Microsoft provides a document "Enable and disable add-ons using administrative templates and group policy".

Please follow the steps in this document.

Class ID of FlexNet Manager Platform 9.2 SP3 is {30A22EC9-42D0-4D46-A2F7-7516419F943D}.

  1. Open the Group Policy Management Editor and go to Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Security Features\Add-on Management.
  2. Open the Add-on List Group Policy Object, select Enabled, and then click Show button.
  3. Put Class ID of the Inventory Manager Web Application Tracker in Value Name, and "2" in Value.
  4. Click OK and close the Group Policy Management Editor.
