Symptoms:
Clicking on ODBC Resources under System Configuration in Installshield editor does not load and gives an error message "Element not found".
Diagnosis:
The issue seems to exist because of the corrupt installation.
Solution:
Repairing of AdminStudio Setup should resolve the issue.
