After updating the service account password and successfully completing the Data Platform configuration wizard, the following issues may occur:
- You can log in to the Admin Console UI using the new service account password, but the User Console configuration wizard fails when attempting to update the new password.
- The following error appears in
User Console/Logs/setup.log:
The issue is caused by the presence of certain special characters in the service account password. These characters can interfere with authentication between the User Console application and the database.

Solution
To resolve this issue:
- Change the service account password to exclude the special characters listed above.
- Run the Data Platform configuration wizard again and confirm it completes successfully.
- Run the User Console configuration wizard and verify it completes without errors.
