If the User Console Configuration Wizard fails at the "Initialize the solution" step, log a support case including the following files:
- Data Platform/logs
- User Console/Logs
- NBI.Configuration.config
- Norm.Configuration.config.
- %NORMALIZE_BI_HOME%\Solution\system\applicationContext-security-ldap.properties
- %NORMALIZE_BI_HOME%\Tools\Tomcat\conf\server.xml
- %NORMALIZE_BI_HOME%\Solution\system\server.properties
- %NORMALIZE_BI_HOME%\Tools\Tomcat\webapps\bdna\META-INF\context.xml
If the User Console Service starts successfully, log in to the User Console and open the following URLs. Provide technical support with the results of either failure or success, along with a screenshot:
- http://localhost/bdna/Home
- http://localhost/bdna/api/mantle/isAdministrator
- http://localhost:80/bdna/plugin/data-access/api/datasource/jdbc/connection
If this issue is occurring after updating the service account password, see "Initialize the solution" fails while reconfiguring User Console after service account password has been updated.
