Summary
A red error bar error may appear in the web UI when viewing the Installer Evidence tab of a Discovered Device record.
Symptoms
The C:\ProgramData\Flexera Software\Compliance\Logging\WebUI\webui.log file on a FlexNet Manager Suite On Premises web application server shows errors similar to the following when this issue occurs:

Resolution
For FlexNet Manager Suite On-Premises Edition deployments, contact Flexera Support who may be able to provide an update to a stored procedure suitable for your environment.
Fix status
This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2022 R2 (On Premises), 2022 R2 / Nov 2022 (Cloud)
