Summary

When data is exported and downloaded as a file from the IBM Cloud Pak License Consumption and IBM Cloud Pak Current License Consumption reports, the values in the Product conversion ratio column in the exported file are blank instead of reflecting the values shown when viewing the reports in the web browser.

Workaround

If you are using Flexera One ITAM of FlexNet Manager Suite 2022 R2 (or later), data can also be exported by clicking on the Download the IBM audit report link available from the IBM Cloud Pak License Consumption report.

This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2023 R2.1 / Jan 2024 (Cloud), 2024 R1 (On Premises)
