Synopsis
When the Microsoft 365 adapters runs more than an hour to collect the usage information, the import fails with an error like the following:

Details
The lifetime of access token used for accessing Microsoft 365 APIs is about an hour. Most of the Microsoft 365 reader functions execute quickly, but in some situations the usage function will run more than an hour. Since the access token expires by then, the import fails with an error.
Workaround
There is no known workaround. Contact Flexera Support for guidance if this issue is affecting you.
Fix status
This issue has been fixed in the following FlexNet Manager Suite releases: 2021 R1.1 / Sep 2021 (Cloud), 2022 R1 (On Premises)
