The Inventory Scanner (ndtrack.exe) crashes at the step [AppxReader] Building Appx cache.
Tracker log may stop at the following lines:

You may find a Stack Buffer Overrun (0xc0000409) error in the Windows WER report
EventType=BEX...NsAppName=ndtrack.exe...Sig[7].Name=Exception CodeSig[7].Value=c0000409
This is a known issue detected on Flexera Agent v25.1
Workaround:
You can address this issue by either of the following options:
- Add a string value under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ManageSoft Corp\ManageSoft\Tracker\CurrentVersion\ PerformWindowsSoftwareProcessScan=False
- Alternatively, upgrade the agent to v25.2
The issue has been fixed in FNMS 2026 R1 (February 2026 Cloud Release).
