To avoid errors, anyone on Data Platform or User Console patchset 5.5.60 or later should update to .NET Framework 4.7.2. You can download this version from Microsoft here:

If .NET Framework is not updated to 4.7.2, the User Console configuration wizard will fail with the below error in the setup.log:
