After integrating with Adobe Creative Cloud, it may be noted that while users are imported correctly, the Activity Status and Last Activity columns for those users will show as "Never". This is not an issue with Flexera One SaaS Management. Rather, this is an Adobe limitation. This is due to the fact that Adobe does not provide an API that can be used to pull user activity data. This is also the reason why the Creative Cloud integration does not have an Application Access task like many of the other integrations. Once Adobe provides an API to get user activity data, support for user activity will be added to Flexera One.
