If it's throwing an error on a missing system library:

/lib64/ld-lsb-x86-64.so.3: bad ELF interpreter: No such file or directory

Likely xmlsign is the issue. Verify that:

1. The location is correct "/data/Flexera/FlexNet-Operations/components/wildfly/standalone/deployments/flexnet.ear/flexnet-data/site/bin/xmlsign?
2. Binaries have valid exec permission

A quick yum install of the library should fix the problem.
