When using serveractutil to load license rights into trusted storage, the following FlexNet Operations On-Premises Server error is displayed:

'Operations error: 7570 The publisherId 12345 in the request is not supported by FNO Server. Please check with FNO Administrator.'

Cause

This error is typically caused by an incorrect 'Publisher.xml' within <ops_install_dir>\site\bin.

Resolution

Compare the 'Publisher.xml' in the <ops_install_dir>\site\bin to the version in the FlexNet Publisher toolkit. If it's different, replace the existing file with the correct version from the toolkit. Then restart the FlexNet Operations server.
