In some cases using the Script View of a PowerShell custom action you may import/copy incorrect quotation mark notation. The expected quotation marks have Unicode U+0022 value and are visibly straight, not curved or curly.The IntelliSense built into the script view will indicate the formatting or conversion of quotation mark is correct or not as expected. When properly entered quotation marks are used the color of the type between Unicode U+0022 is the color purple as displayed below.
