Summary

Prior to 2022.01, if the source license server had inactive or expired add-ons, the return of a FlexNet Embedded Device with Expired/Inactivated Licenses was not allowed to succeed.

Starting 2022.01, the Return of a FlexNet Embedded Device with Expired/Inactivated Licenses is allowed.
Henceforth, a customer can request to have this behavior enabled explicitly.

But the target server will not have INACTIVE or EXPIRED addons mapped to it.
It will only contain ACTIVE ADDONS.

NOTE: This fix works only on ALM.
