   Will have the effect that if a user checks out any of the components then the package will be checked out also preventing any other application checking out any of the other features, this example shows an application checking out f1 then another application (same user) trying to check out firstly f1 then f2?

   Will have the effect that if a user checks out any of the components then the package will be checked out also but with the difference (from 2,) that the other components will be RESERVED for that USER, so that the same user can start another application and checkout any of the remaining components. For the same example above this is the behaviour?
