Suggest multiple software products in Software Vulnerability Research
Use the Suggest Software feature in Software Vulnerability Research (SVR) to request that Flexera track additional software products.
If you want to suggest multiple products, upload their information in a comma-separated values (CSV) file instead of submitting each product individually.

Instructions

  1. Go to Research > Product Database > Suggest Software.
  2. Select the Upload File tab.
  3. Download the CSV template attached to this article.
  4. Open the template in a text editor or another application that supports CSV files.
  5. Add the required information for each software product.
  6. Save the completed file in CSV format.
  7. In the Upload File tab, select Choose File.
  8. Browse to the completed CSV file, select it, and then select Open.
  9. Review the listed products after SVR processes the file.
  10. When the information is correct, select Upload File to submit the suggestions.

Outcome

After you submit the software suggestions, you receive an email containing a case number. The case includes the submitted product information and any additional details you provided.
Flexera Support uses the case to communicate with you about the request and any next steps.
