Why are new entitlements not listed when creating a new entitlement but not adding line items before pressing save?
Answer
In FlexNet Operations 12.5 and later Admin Console, it is no longer possible to save an entitlement with no entitlement line items (that is, not possible to save an empty entitlement or an entitlement with only maintenance line items). An entitlement with no entitlement line items that was created in a previous version of FNO that has since been upgraded will not appear in the UI in FNO 12.5 and later.Was this helpful?
