There are changes to treatment of data results in 2018 R1:

Previous Data Field	New Data Field/Treatment	Description
"Organization"	Field renamed to "Account"	Field name change introduced in 2017 R4 with full changes to UI and web services in 2018 R1
"Created Date/Time"	Rounded "Created Date/Time"	Field results round down to the hour
Time zone presented in Pacific	Time zone presents in GMT	Affects New Universes: Entitlements + Fulfillments + Account/Users Legacy universes will remain using Pacific Time such as Download History and Product Set-Up
Some custom attributes were searchable	All custom attributes are searchable	During the initial creation for the custom attribute, need to set "synch to Reporter" in the custom attribute set up in order to include it in searches
Wildcard was * asterisk	Wildcard is % percentage symbol	- New Universes introduced in 2018 R1 - Legacy universes will continue to use *asterisk for wildcard searches such as Download History and Product Setup
Custom attributes not available in all data universes	Default 30 custom attributes included per level	If a custom attribute field is not needed for reporting, then choose only the fields necessary. Should a field be needed at later date, it will require Flexera assistance, submit a Support Case
