Symptoms

When the customer tries to download a file more than 100 MB in the Reporter no report is getting downloaded and an error is seen.

Diagnosis

The below error is seen:

Maximum binary output size limit reached. Contact your BusinessObjects administrator. (Error: ERR_WIS_30271)

While checking further this seemed to be an issue with the size of the binary stream.

As a result of which, the Reporter team has provided the below solution.

Solution

The reporter team has increased the binary stream's maximum size 100 MB to 500 MB.

Now the customer will be able to download reports up to 500 MB in size which can be used for scheduled reports as well as download.
