Q: Is Windows 10 32 bit version EOL for FNP?

[Ans]: Considering the update on wire it looks the Microsoft will stop releasing Windows 10 32 bit Operating system version. But it explains they will still support old 32 bit versions. With that understanding, FNP will keep supporting the 32 bit until :

Support is not stopped by Microsoft or
Or very few customer base left on 32 bit OS.

As of the date of release for FNP-11.17.2 (November 2020) - the date of this KB being published, it is still supported.
