Revenera Assistant – Support Chatbot Transition to Production

The Revenera Assistant Chatbot, introduced as a beta experience in December 2025, is now production ready and will officially transition out of beta on May 20, 2026.

Based on customer feedback and ongoing improvements made during the beta period, the chatbot now offers a more reliable and consistent support experience. The beta label will be removed, with no downtime or action required.

The Revenera Assistant will continue providing 24/7 help with common questions and support resources, and our teams will keep refining responses over time.

If you haven't tried this yet, look for the Revenera Assistant icon in the bottom‑right corner of Community pages to get started. For feedback or issues, please contact your Revenera representative.
